我叫Jeremy Luong。粵語堂梁家超和方美清夫婦是我的父母。我有一個哥哥和一個弟弟，他們分別是Nathan和Ryan。我此刻非常興奮激動。我準備這份見證已經很長時間了，但在大家面前分享仍然讓我感到緊張。
我從小就去教會參加兒童崇拜、主日學和青少年團契。通過學習聖經和教導，我知道上帝是萬物的創造者；祂創造了一切；祂是我們的天父。福音是關於上帝愛我們，並且差祂的獨生愛子耶穌基督降世，為了赦免我們的罪而被釘死在十字架上，並從死裡復活，戰勝了地獄和死亡，讓我們可以得永生。
我承認自己是個罪人，但「我們若認自己的罪，神是信實的，是公義的，必要赦免我們的罪，洗淨我們一切的不義。」（約翰一書1:9）
我最喜歡的一節經文是馬太福音6:33：「你們要先求他的國和他的義，這些東西都要加給你們了。」這節經文教導我要把上帝放在首位。上帝愛我，我可以信靠祂，祂會供應我一切所需。
我喜歡敬拜和讚美上帝。當我不知道該做什麼時，我向上帝祈求幫助，祈求祂賜給我力量和智慧。我感謝上帝供應給我的一切，包括我的家人、朋友、飲食和我所有的一切。我總會在飯前和睡前祈禱。有時候，當我不知道如何禱告時，我就背誦耶穌的祈禱文：「我們在天上的父，願人都尊你的名為聖。願你的國降臨，願你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。我們日用的飲食，今日賜給我們。免我們的債，如同我們免了人的債。不叫我們遇見試探，救我們脫離兇惡。」（馬太福音6:9）
我想感謝我的父母把我帶到教會，還有我的主日學老師和團契輔導員，因為他們讓我認識了上帝，真正信靠祂。感謝他們帶領我瞭解福音，告訴我基督在我的生命中所作的事，並解釋為什麼祂是我惟一真正的救主。

God is the Priority of My Life
My name is Jeremy Luong. My parents are Tim and Liann Luong. I have an older and a younger brother, Nathan and Ryan. I am very excited about this moment. I have been preparing this testimony for a long time, but I am nervous to speak in front of all of you.
I’ve been going to church since I was a child and attending children’s worship, Sunday school classes, and youth groups. Through the Bible and lessons, I learned that God is the creator of all things. He made everything. And He is our heavenly Father. The gospel is about God who loves me and sent His only son, Jesus Christ to die on the cross to forgive our sins and who also rose from the dead to defeat hell and death so that I can have eternal life.
I also know that I am a sinner but if I confess all my sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive my sins and cleanse me of all the unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
When I was in 8th grade in TIGS (Teens in God’s Service), Michael Chen and the TIGS sponsors posted questions about “Whom do I love? Who’s my king? Whom do I trust?” I have this frame on my desk. I thought about these questions, then I decided to accept Jesus as my personal savior because I know He loves me, and He puts me first. He is my King and whom I trust. Jesus loves me and puts me first, so I must put Him as number one in my life.
One of my favorite bible verses is Matthew 6:33, “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things shall be yours as well.” This verse teaches me that I need to make God my first priority. God loves me and I can count on Him and He will provide for all my needs.
I always enjoy worshiping and praising God. I pray to God for help when I don’t know what to do. I ask God for strength and wisdom. I thank God for everything He provided for me, my family, friends, food, and everything I own. I always pray before meals and when I go to bed and sleep. Sometimes, when I don’t know what to say when I pray, I recite Jesus’s prayer: “Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; And forgive us our debts, As we also have forgiven our debtors; And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil.” (Matthew 6:9)
I know God has a purpose for me and I want to do my best to share the gospel with all the people around me and all my friends who don’t know about Jesus. I also want to do my best so I can glorify God and honor my parents.
I would love to thank my Dad and Mom for bringing me to Church and also my Sunday school teachers and fellowship sponsors, so I can know God and truly believe in Him and thank them for leading me to understand the gospel, telling me about what Christ has done in my life, and explaining why He’s my only true Savior.
